VIKOR算法可以直接进行方案排序，通过VIKOR得到的最优方案更接近理想方案，同时VIKOR方法可得到带有优先级的折中方案。VIKOR 法能够在若干相互冲突的情况下给出折中方案，寻求妥协条件下的最优解。VIKOR法具有原理简单、计算简便、分辨率高、结果稳定性强等特点，并且决策系数可以根据项目研究意义和决策者的意愿进行调整，增强了VIKOR法操作的灵活性和结果的可靠性。
